Oh, for the love of time.

Do you ever feel like there isn't enough time in a day? I do! I just went from working 8 hours days to 12-14 depending on the amount of work I have to do.

Can you say overwhelming? I get up, go to one job, leave, go to my second job, come home, make dinner, do whatever work I need to get done before the next day, and then I'm not in bed until 1 or 2 am. Then fast forward to the next morning when I have to wake up at 7. That's my struggle, finding time to do things for me and still finding the time to work efficiently.

I tend to use my weekends doing things I want to do, but that also causes stress because I try to pack everything into one weekend.

My advice to you: create a schedule and stick to it. Oh trust me, I know that's easier said than done. I'm still riding the struggle bus trying to stick to a schedule, but I know that once I do, it will work!

I also keep telling myself to stop stressing about everything. Things need to get done, but when something doesn't happen the exact way I want it to, I just have to find a different way and be able to be okay with that.

I have such a great support system helping me with that, so it's getting back on track.

Also, meal planning. Oh man does this help SO much. If I meal plan and prep all my meals on Sunday, it's so much easier for me during the week and allows me more time to work out and sleep and do what I want for me. When I slip up on that, my week tends to be a lot harder. Not only that, but crock pot recipes are seriously a  SAVING GRACE! There are so many healthy options and I just put them in the crock pot and they are ready and hot when I get home. What's better than that?

If you feel like you are struggling with time, trust me, I feel you! But it can work, I promise! You just have to set a schedule and be diligent and stick to it!

I also stick to a cleaning schedule, where I do a little cleaning every day! It keeps my house neat and tidy and only takes me 15-20 minutes every day. It makes it much easier, because I don't have to do EVERYTHING on the weekend! Think about it! I found my template on Pinterest and personalized it to my life.

Remember, you can do anything you set your mind to. And it may be hard now, but it will make you a stronger and more knowledgable person in the end! But don't do what I have done and spread yourself to thin.

If you don't manage your time well, don't get enough sleep, and don't take care of yourself, it will come back to bite you in the end. I wasn't taking care of myself, not getting enough sleep, and working myself into the ground. I ended up getting sick and had to take work off for a day. Not so fun. Stay healthy, manage your time and take care of yourself!
